Hi Anya,

Thanks! Have you seen the one about the espresso (posting before the marmalade)?
Our first little efforts of shooting HD film with our new camera (Canon 5D mkII). It's great fun.

Chiao,

Hi Marieke,

Beside the marmelade itself, I love the clip too: the bubbling and boiling marmelade seems keen 'to be dancing' along the way to a great song. :) So cheering!

I reckon, it would taste marvelously on a pice of brioche you told us about in your earlier post. Mmhhh.

oh... i just made marmelade too and was just about to blog about it as well... hardly a coincidence, given that they're in season now, but great to see anyway ;-)

Thanks Fanny!
But bland is not a good name for your lovely marmalade:-) I wanted to add that we started out making our marmalade somewhat similar to your recipe. And then we had some oranges left and tried the recipe by Delia and got really good feedback on that from several 'tasters'. One of the advantages of the recipe is that you start by cooking the whole oranges until they are soft. And after that they are so much easier to handle. So if you have some oranges left, I can recommend trying this type. I would be curious to know your findings (and that of your friend).

Hi Marieke,
I really like the dark tones of your marmalade. SO much more attracting than mine (could be called bland in front of yours).

Beautiful picture as usual...

Love

Hello Lili,

Thanks for your tip! I am curious, do you use Seville oranges for this or 'normal' oranges?

The photo is amazing .
This marmelade seems very tasty .In many recipes I only reduce the orange juice like a syrup and use it with vegetables like leeks or fennels .it's very good !
