I made this not too heavy berry trifle with orange zest for the family Christmas dinner. Of course I used my Emma Bridgewater Trifle bowl, which is only perfect for these occasions. Easily filled by 6 litres of anything and pounds of precious fruit just disappearing into nowhere, I ‘chose’ to fill it halfway but was still able to feed the whole family twice.
