I wish I could give you my Christmas star cookies, so you can make a wish for the thing you want the most. This past year a lot of my wishes did come true and I wish everybody the same happiness. So, may your dreams come true in 2008 and do not forget to make a wish!

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Roll out the dough between two sheets of cling film and cut out the (star) shapes with a cookie cutter. Bake in a preheated oven at 170° C for about 12-15 minutes. To leave a message on your cookies you can use a stamp set with letters and numbers. I bought mine from a cake baking shop. It’s also available at the German Amazon.de. It’s called the Brigitte Keks-Ausstecher from Städter. I also made love and peace cookies to spread even more joy….
