Read the label!
Did you know that people who read labels on food eat less fat than people who don’t. Food experts advice you to limit the amount of fat intake to 30 percent of the total intake of calories. Women under the age of 35 with higher education levels, are most likely to read what’s on the label. I am a label reader myself and if you asked me I would tell you that you also avoid eating a whole lot of other rubbish.
How else would you find out that famous salad making company Johma in Holland puts pig meat in their fish salad (palingsalade). Or that certain microwave meat products (what’s that all about anyway!) contain horse meat. Don’t want to eat what you don’t need ? Start to read!
